Super Simple Artichoke Dip
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned artichoke hearts||14 Ounce (1 Can, Marinated / Plain)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), crushed|
In an oven safe dish (works best if it is relatively flat), mix mayonnaise, cheese, artichoke hearts, and garlic until thoroughly combined.
Add a few dashes of salt and pepper and spread into pan (a thin layer - about 3/4 inch works best).
Broil about 5 minutes, until the top is lightly browned.
Remove from broiler carefully and serve warm with crackers or toasted bread pieces.
