Ingredients
  Fusilli 8 Ounce
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Plum tomatoes 6 , peeled, seeded and chopped
  Torn basil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Ones)
  Chopped red onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook the fusilli in a large pot of boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes, or until just tender; drain well.
While the fusilli is cooking, in a medium bowl whisk together the oil and vinegar.
Add the tomatoes, basil and onions; add salt and pepper to taste.
