Vegetable Artichoke Bottoms

Ingredients
  Artichoke bottoms 8
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Olive oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green pepper 1 , diced small
  Carrot 1 , pared and diced small
  Yellow pepper 1 , diced small
  Stalk celery 1⁄3 , diced small
  Mayonnaise 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place artichoke bottoms in bowl; sprinkle with lemon juice, oil, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper.
Marinate 30 minutes.
Place remaining vegetables in another bowl.
Add mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; mix well.
