Easy Artichoke Cheese Melts

Ingredients
  Marinated artichokes 6 Ounce, well-drained and finely chopped (1 Jar, 170 Milliliter)
  Shredded monterey jack cheese/Gouda / cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Light mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baguette slices 24 , cut 1/3 inch thick, lightly toasted
  Finely diced red bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Kalamata olives 8 , cut into thin slivers
Directions

1. In a bowl combine artichokes, Monterey Jack, Parmesan and mayonnaise. Spread over toasts; top with red pepper and olive slivers.
2. Arrange on a baking sheet; bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until tops are bubbly and edges are golden. Serve warm.
