Easy Artichoke Cheese Melts
|Marinated artichokes||6 Ounce, well-drained and finely chopped (1 Jar, 170 Milliliter)|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese/Gouda / cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baguette slices||24 , cut 1/3 inch thick, lightly toasted|
|Finely diced red bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Kalamata olives||8 , cut into thin slivers|
1. In a bowl combine artichokes, Monterey Jack, Parmesan and mayonnaise. Spread over toasts; top with red pepper and olive slivers.
2. Arrange on a baking sheet; bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until tops are bubbly and edges are golden. Serve warm.
