Maurice's Artichokes

Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Dry minced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned artichoke hearts 34 Ounce, drained (2 Can)
  Dry sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Saute onion in margarine until brown.
Add artichoke hearts and sherry.
Simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 45-60 minutes, in a 2-quart pan.
