  Black olives 12
  Green olives 12
  Olive oil 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, finely sliced (5 Milliliter)
  Chopped parsley 4 Teaspoon (20 Milliliter)
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Bay leaf 1
  Vinegar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Sweet red pepper 1 , diced
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Garlic croutons 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

–  In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves and garlic croutons and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate and marinate tor 24 hours.
–  Arrange on a bed of lettuce leaves and garnish with garlic croutons.
