Escargot Stuffed Artichokes

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Canned escargots 5 Ounce
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Shallots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Canned sliced mushrooms 10 Ounce, drained
  Canned artichoke hearts 10 Ounce, drained
  Cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
Directions

Preheat oven to broil.
In a skillet, melt butter.
Lightly cook garlic, escargots, celery, shallots and mushrooms for a few minutes.
In an ovenproof dish, place artichokes.
Top with escargot mixture.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Broil in oven 6 minutes or so.
