Escargot Stuffed Artichokes
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Canned escargots||5 Ounce|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Shallots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||10 Ounce, drained|
|Canned artichoke hearts||10 Ounce, drained|
|Cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
Preheat oven to broil.
In a skillet, melt butter.
Lightly cook garlic, escargots, celery, shallots and mushrooms for a few minutes.
In an ovenproof dish, place artichokes.
Top with escargot mixture.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Broil in oven 6 minutes or so.
