|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Canned artichoke hearts||8|
|All purpose flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
1. Mix beer, salt, and egg.
2. Dip artichokes in beer batter, then in flour.
3. Fry in hot oil for 5 minutes until brown all over.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with lemon wedges.
