Apricot Cinnamon Grumble

Ingredients
  Canned apricots 6 Ounce
  Soft brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
For topping
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Ounce (At Room Temperature)
  Wholemeal flour 3 Ounce
  Rolled oats 1 Tablespoon
  Soft brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat the oven to 350°F (Gas Mark 4, 180°C).
Butter a small baking dish and arrange the apricots in it with about one tablespoon of their syrup.
Sprinkle them with soft brown sugar, cinnamon and ground ginger.
Then make the topping: rub the butter into the flour and when it is crumbly, mix in the oats and soft brown sugar.
Arrange the crumble mixture lightly over the apricots, sprinkle a teaspoon of cinnamon on top and bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.
Serve slightly warm with cream.
