Barbecued Fruits, what a yummy way to spend the Labor day holiday? Strawberry and Apricot Croutes is such a easy to prepare dish that most kids take up the responsibilty to make and serve them for the Labor Day weekend. You need not limit yourself to the fruits mentioned here, use any of your choice which are firm enough to bare the heat.
Ingredients
  White bread slices/Whole meal bread thick slices 4 , each cut into 9 cubes
  Butter 4 Ounce, melted (100 Grams / 1/2 Cup)
  Strawberries 12 , hulled
  Apricots 6 , halved and stoned
  Superfine sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Sprinkling)
  Greek yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Strawberry / Apricot)
Directions

Dip the bread cubes in some of the melted butter and thread alternately with the fruit on to six soaked wooden skewers.
Brush the fruits with melted butter and sprinkle with caster sugar.
Barbecue for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly golden.
Serve with the flavored yoghurt.
