Strawberry And Apricot Croutes
|White bread slices/Whole meal bread thick slices||4 , each cut into 9 cubes|
|Butter||4 Ounce, melted (100 Grams / 1/2 Cup)|
|Strawberries||12 , hulled|
|Apricots||6 , halved and stoned|
|Superfine sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Sprinkling)|
|Greek yoghurt||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Strawberry / Apricot)|
Dip the bread cubes in some of the melted butter and thread alternately with the fruit on to six soaked wooden skewers.
Brush the fruits with melted butter and sprinkle with caster sugar.
Barbecue for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly golden.
Serve with the flavored yoghurt.
