Did the season leave you with Apricots in plenty? Why not store it up by making this Apricot Syrup! Yeah, it's too easy and when made, the syrups tastes so amazing. Give it a try.
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Wash fruit arid place in cooker with sugar and water.
Cover cooker, allow pressure to rise to 15 lbs pressure, then cool cooker under cold water at once.
If thicker syrup is desired, syrup may be cooked longer in open cooker
