  Ricotta cheese 8 Ounce
  Powdered sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cointreau/Orange flavored liqueur 2 Tablespoon
  Apricots 16
Directions

Beat together the cheese, sugar, and Cointreau and mound in a serving bowl.
Chill.
When ready to serve, surround with halved apricots.
Spread the cheese on each apricot half.
