Apricot Nut Balls

Ingredients
  Dried apricots 1 Pound
  Raw honey 6 Tablespoon
  Orange 1
  Oranges 2
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Put apricots through grinder.
Combine with honey, rind, and juice.
Mix thoroughly.
Cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add nuts.
Cool.
Shape in small balls.
Roll in more ground nuts.
Store in refrigerator.

This can be done 'raw' - meaning, you can make them without cooking them. It can also be made delicious without adding any honey. Just use some raisins, dates and figs as well as dried apricots.
