Spiced Apricots

Ingredients
  Corn starch 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Apricot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Fresh apricots 8 , peeled, halved and pitted
Directions

MAKING:
1) Combine sugar and cornstarch in a casserole (2-quart).
2) Add apricot nectar and the spices and stir in well.
3) Microwave the contents for about 2 1/2 to 4 minutes, till they thicken (stir a couple of times during this process).
4) Add apricots and stir in well.

FINALIZING:
5) Microwave again for about 2 to 4 minutes, till the apricots turn tender (stir the contents during this process).

SERVING:
6) The spiced apricots can be served hot or cold.
