Cheese Stuffed Apricots
|Grapefruit sections||1 Can (10 oz) (No. 2)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce|
|Chopped dates||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned apricot halves||8|
Drain apricots and grapefruit.
Add milk and salt to cream cheese and blend until smooth.
Stir in dates.
Fill apricot centers with cream cheese mixture.
Arrange two apricot halves and three grapefruit sections on each lettuce cup.
Serve with French dressing.
