Ingredients
  Apricots 2 Ounce (55 gram)
  Agar agar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Liquidize fruit and water and make up to 1/2 pint (285 ml) if necessary.
2. Heat gently in pan and sprinkle in agar-agar while stirring.
3. Simmer, stirring for 2 minutes.
4. Leave to cool

SERVING
5. Serve with chopped nuts and vegan cream
