Ingredients
  Apricots 3 Ounce (85 Grams)
  Muesli 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable milk 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Barbados sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Banana 1
  Halved almonds 1 Tablespoon, or grated
Directions

MAKING
1. Soak the apricots.
2. Finely chop, mince or liquidize the soaked apricots.
2. Add the cereals, milk, lemon juice and barbados sugar and mix well.

SERVING
3. Garnish with sliced bananas and nuts and serve cold.
