|Crushed cornflakes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced pitted dates||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Diced dried apricots||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (California variety)|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||2 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed for rolling)|
1. In a bowl, mix together crushed corn flakes, dates, apricots and pecans.
2. In a sauce pan, add honey, butter and heat, add vanilla. Pour this over the cornflake mixture and mix until stiff.
3. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in granulated sugar and allow to cool.
4. Serve cool.
