Baked Apricot Whip

Ingredients
  Cooked dried apricots 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), pureed
  Egg whites 4 , beaten
  Salt 1 Dash
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat moderate oven (375°F.)

MAKING
2) Mix apricot puree to egg whites.
3) Mix salt and honey lightly.
4) Transfer to a 1-quart casserole.
5) Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes till set.

SERVING
6) Serve warm or cold.
