My idea of ending a perfect meal is with this Apricot Pletzlagh . Follow this quick and easy-to-follow recipe for Apricot Pletzlagh to top off your meal with an equally delicious dessert.
Ingredients
  Dried apricots 2 Pound
  Sugar 8 Cup (128 tbs)
Directions

Wash apricots well.
Soak overnight in warm water.
Simmer between 10 and 15 minutes, mince well, add sugar, cook for 25 minutes.
Place on a wet board; when dry, cut into squares.
