Pumpkin & Apricot Puree

Ingredients
  Pumpkin 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)
  Butter 2 Ounce (60 Gram)
  Ground allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried apricots 1 Ounce, chopped (30 Gram)
  Pine kernels 1 Tablespoon, fried golden brown in a little butter
Directions

Peel and cube the pumpkin, then cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes until tender.
Drain, and puree with the butter and allspice.
Pour back into the saucepan, stir in the apricots and heat gently for 5 minutes.
