Apricot Strawberry Frappe

  Apricot nectar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh orange juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen sweetened strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), partially thawed
  Mint leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Strawberry slices 4
  Lemon slices 4

In a blender container combine apricot nectar, orange juice, honey and lemon juice.
Process until mixed.
Add strawberries.
Process until smooth and thickened.
Into glasses pour fruit mixture.
Garnish each with mint leaf, strawberry slice and lemon twist.
