Orange Apricot Freeze

Ingredients
  Orange yogurt 16 Ounce (2 cartons, 8-ounce each)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned unpeeled apricot halves 17 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Coarsely chopped pecans 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lettuce 2
Directions

In mixing bowl stir together yogurt and sugar.
Cut up apricots.
Fold apricots and nuts into yogurt mixture.
Spoon into 8 to 10 paper-bake-cup-lined muffin pans.
Cover; freeze till firm.
Peel off paper.
