Orange Apricot Freeze
|Orange flavored yogurt||16 Ounce (2 Cartons / 2 Cups, 8 Ounces Each)|
|Canned apricot halves||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coarsely chopped pecans||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Stir yogurt in carton to blend.
Drain apricots; cut up fruit.
Combine yogurt, apricots, sugar, and nuts.
Line muffin pan with 12 paper bake cups.
Spoon yogurt mixtvire into cups.
Freeze till firm, about 2 hours.
Remove bake cups from salads; let stand at room temperature a few minutes before serving.
