Apricot Berry Marble

Ingredients
  Raspberry flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Lightly sweetened red raspberries 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Apricot flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Lemon sherbet 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh apricots/One can of 17-ounce unpeeled apricot halves, drained and chopped 10 Medium, pitted and chopped
Directions

Dissolve raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Stir in 1/2 cup cold water.
Chill till partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Fold in raspberries.
Dissolve apricot gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Add sherbet by spoonfuls, stirring till melted.
Stir in lemon juice.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in chopped apricots.
Alternate layers of berry and apricot gelatin mixtures in 6 1/2-cup ring mold.
Swirl with spoon to marble.
Chill for several hours or overnight or till set.
If desired, fill center with additional fresh or canned apricot halves and garnish with additional fresh or frozen lightly sweetened raspberries, thawed.
