Orange Apricot Freeze

Ingredients
  Orange yogurt 16 Ounce (2 Cartons, 8 Ounce Each)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh apricots/17-ounce can unpeeled apricot halves, drained and cut up 8 Medium, pitted and cut up
  Coarsely chopped pecans 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

In medium bowl stir together yogurt and sugar till blended.
Fold apricots and pecans into yogurt mixture.
Spoon into 8 to 10 paper bake cup-lined muffin pans.
Cover and freeze till firm.
