Special Spiced Apricots

Ingredients
  Canned apricot halves 16 Ounce (1 Can, Water Pack)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon stick 6 Inch
  Plain yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Drain apricot halves, reserving juice; set apricots aside.
In small saucepan combine reserved apricot juice, brown sugar, lemon juice, and stick cinnamon.
Simmer apricot juice mixture, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Add apricot halves; heat through.
Chill thoroughly Remove stick cinnamon before serving.
Top each serving with a tablespoon of yogurt.
