Orange Apricot Freeze

Ingredients
  Orange yogurt 16 Ounce (2 Cartons, 8 Ounce Each)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned apricot halves 17 Ounce, unpeeled, drained (1 Can)
  Coarsely chopped pecans 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (1/3 Cup)
  Lettuce 1
Directions

In mixing bowl stir together yogurt and sugar till blended.
Cut up apricots.
Fold apricots and nuts into yogurt mixture.
Spoon into 8 to 10 paper bake-cup-lined muffin pans.
Cover and freeze till firm.
Peel off paper from salads.
