Apricot Almond Chewies
|Chopped dried apricots||1 Pound (4 Cups)|
|Flaked coconut/Coconut macaroon||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||2 Cup (32 tbs), toasted and finely chopped|
|Sweetened condensed milk||14 Ounce (1 Can, Not Evaporated Milk)|
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except whole almonds.
Chill 2 hours.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Top each with whole almond if desired.
Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
