Honey Cheese Apricots

I did embellish this Honey Cheese Apricots in order to give it an extra special kick. This Honey Cheese Apricots recipe comes from an old magazine. Chill out yourself!
  Apricots 6 Large
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce, softened (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)
  Ground cinnamon/Minced preserved ginger To Taste, preserved

1. Cut apricots in half lengthwise; discard pits. In small bowl, stir honey into softened cream cheese until smooth.
2. Spoon dollop of cheese mixture into each apricot half; sprinkle with cinnamon.
