Apricot And Banana Cream

Ingredients
  Dried apricots 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Ripe bananas 2
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Double cream 4 Tablespoon
  Natural low fat yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Walnut halves 2 (For Garnish)
Directions

Place the apricots in a bowl and pour over cold water to cover.
Leave to soak for a few hours; drain.
Place the bananas in an electric blender with the apricots, lemon juice, cream, yogurt and honey.
Blend to a smooth cream.
Spoon into individual glass serving
