Apricot And Banana Cream
|Dried apricots||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Double cream||4 Tablespoon|
|Natural low fat yogurt||2 Tablespoon|
|Walnut halves||2 (For Garnish)|
Place the apricots in a bowl and pour over cold water to cover.
Leave to soak for a few hours; drain.
Place the bananas in an electric blender with the apricots, lemon juice, cream, yogurt and honey.
Blend to a smooth cream.
Spoon into individual glass serving
