Apricot Chews

Ingredients
  Dried apricots 1⁄2 Pound, soaked in water to cover for 30 minutes
  Pitted dates 1⁄2 Pound
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unsweetened coconut shreds 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Force dried fruits through a food chopper or grinder, using a coarse blade.
Gradually blend honey into ground fruit mixture.
Add coconut shreds and mix thoroughly.
Press mixture into a lightly oiled, 9 inch square pan.
Place in refrigerator to chill, about one hour.
Remove from refrigerator and cut into bars or squares and serve.
