Quick Applesauce Whip
|Applesauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine applesauce, lemon peel and juice, and cinnamon; mix well and set aside.
Beat egg whites with salt until frothy; gradually add the sugar, beating constantly until stiff peaks are formed.
Fold egg whites into applesauce mixture and serve immediately.
