Applesauce Pork Loaf

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 1/4 Bread Slices)
  Canned applesauce 8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Dijon style mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Snipped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Pork sausage 1⁄2 Pound (Bulk)
  Fully cooked ham 1⁄2 Pound, ground
  Packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
In bowl combine egg, crumbs, 1/2 cup applesauce, onion, 1 teaspoon mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Add meats; mix well.
Shape into a round loaf 8 inches in diameter in a baking pan.
With a spoon, make a depression in top of the loaf.
Combine the remaining applesauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and remaining mustard; pour into depression.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Makes 4 servings.
