Applesauce Pork Loaf often finds a place in my party menu and is the favorite among my peers. It is the flavors of pork sausage, beaten egg, applesauce and seasonings that make this Applesauce Pork Loaf taste yum. Just check out the recipe of this yummy dish.
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 1/4 Bread Slices)
  Canned applesauce 8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Dijon style mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Snipped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Pork sausage 1⁄2 Pound (Bulk)
  Fully cooked ham 1⁄2 Pound, ground
  Packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon

Preheat oven to 350°.
In bowl combine egg, crumbs, 1/2 cup applesauce, onion, 1 teaspoon mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Add meats; mix well.
Shape into a round loaf 8 inches in diameter in a baking pan.
With a spoon, make a depression in top of the loaf.
Combine the remaining applesauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and remaining mustard; pour into depression.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Makes 4 servings.
