|Lime gelatin||6 Ounce|
|Boiling water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Thick applesauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin thoroughly in water.
Fold in applesauce and cottage cheese.
Pour into in dividual molds; chill until firm.
Unmold onto lettuce leaves and top with mayonnaise.
Gar nish with paprika.
