Whole Wheat Applesauce Bars

|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened (Parkay)|
|Molasses||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Applesauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour/Unbleached flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Pillsbury's Best®)|
|Whole wheat flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Pillsbury's Best®)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened (Parkay)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (Philadelphia Brand®)|
|Finely chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat oven to 350Â°F.
Grease 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan.
In large bowl, blend sugar, brown sugar, 1 cup margarine and molasses until creamy.
Add eggs; beat well.
Blend in applesauce and sour cream.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
Gradually add all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
Stir in 1 cup nuts.
Pour into prepared pan
Bake at 350Â°F. for 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
In small bowl, blend all frosting ingredients except nuts until creamy.
Frost bars; sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts.
Cut into bars.
