Microwave Apple Sauce
|Sliced cooking apples||3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled and cored|
|Apple juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Cinnamon powder/Nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine apples, apple juice, and lemon juice in 1 -quart micro proof casserole.
Cover with casserole lid and cook on HI, 6 to 7 minutes, or until apples are tender.
Stir once during cooking time.
Add sugar and cinnamon.
Stir until apple-sauce is smooth.
Serve warm or cold.
