Microwave Apple Sauce

Ingredients
  Sliced cooking apples 3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled and cored
  Apple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon powder/Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine apples, apple juice, and lemon juice in 1 -quart micro proof casserole.
Cover with casserole lid and cook on HI, 6 to 7 minutes, or until apples are tender.
Stir once during cooking time.
Add sugar and cinnamon.
Stir until apple-sauce is smooth.
Serve warm or cold.
