|Biscuit mix||500 Milliliter|
|Granulated sugar||50 Milliliter|
|Vegetable oil||25 Milliliter|
In a large bowl, mix together biscuit mix, sugar and cinnamon.
Add applesauce, milk, egg and oil.
Beat with a spoon for about 1 minute.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups two-thirds full.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool slightly before removing from tins.
Dip slightly cooled puffins into melted butter, then into sugar and cinnamon.
NOTE: Try making these in a mini or petite muffin pan.
