Applesauce Puffins

Apple sauce muffins or puffins gives you the joy of an apple pie in a muffin. Baked with apple sauce, milk and sugar and topped with cinnamon, these apple sauce muffins are hard to resist.
Ingredients
  Biscuit mix 500 Milliliter
  Granulated sugar 50 Milliliter
  Cinnamon 5 Milliliter
  Applesauce 125 Milliliter
  Milk 50 Milliliter
  Egg 1
  Vegetable oil 25 Milliliter
  Butter/Margarine 25 Milliliter
  Cinnamon 1 Milliliter
Directions

In a large bowl, mix together biscuit mix, sugar and cinnamon.
Add applesauce, milk, egg and oil.
Beat with a spoon for about 1 minute.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups two-thirds full.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool slightly before removing from tins.
Dip slightly cooled puffins into melted butter, then into sugar and cinnamon.
NOTE: Try making these in a mini or petite muffin pan.
