Raw And Vegan Fruit And Veggie Salad With Applesauce Dressing

Ingredients
  Rutabaga 1 , peeled and grated
  Carrot 1 Large, scrubbed and grated
  Apple 1 , cored and grated
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Sunflower seed 2 Tablespoon (Almond Butter, Tahini, Etc)
  Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened applesauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Syrup of maple 1 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large salad bowl, toss the grated vegetables, apple, raisins and green onions together.
2. Combine together the rest of the ingredients in a small jar or container with a lid or a small bowl.
3. Shake or whisk to blend, until smooth and creamy.

SERVING
4. Drizzle some of the dressing over the salad and toss well.
5. Enjoy this healthy vegan raw vegetable salad with applesauce dressing while it is fresh and crisp.
