Ingredients
  Red cooking apples 2 Pound (6 To 8 , Such As Mcintosh)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Depending On Type Of Apple And Sweetness Desired)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Rinse the apples well and cut them in quarters.
2.Take out the centre part and keep the apples aside.

MAKING
3.Take a 3 quart glass casserole, put apples with water in it and secure the casserole with all glass lid or plastic wrap.
4.Heat the ingredients for 10 minutes at High by mixing one time in between.
5.Sieve apple mixture or put it in the food mill.
6.Put sugar and stir until the sugar dilutes.

SERVING
7.Serve the rosyapplesauce warm or cold.
