Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 7 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon candies 3 Tablespoon
  Applesauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg whites 3
  Salt 1 Dash
  Custard sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In 1/4 cup cold water, add gelatin and allow to soften.
2) In a saucepan, add 1 cup boiling water, cinnamon candies and gelatin.
3) Heat till the candies dissolve.
4) Remove from heat.
5) Stir in the applesauce, lemon juice, and 1/4 cup sugar.
6) Refrigerate till slightly thickened.
7) Beat in the egg whites and salt till soft peaks form.
8) Add in the remaining sugar and continue beating till stiff peaks.
9) Beat slightly thickened gelatin mixture till foamy, then fold in the egg whites.
10) Pour into serving bowls and refrigerate till firm.

SERVING
11) Serve with Custard Sauce.
