Ingredients
  Tart apples 1 Pound, peeled, cored (450 Gram)
  Orange peel strip 2
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put the apples in a saucepan with the orange peel and water.
Cover the pan tightly and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes or until the apples are soft and fluffy.
Stir in the sugar to taste and then add the butter.
