Fresh Applesauce

Ingredients
  Apple juice/1/2 cup water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh)
  Apples 2 Large, peeled and quartered
  Cinnamon/Nutmeg / 1/4 teaspoon of each cinnamon and nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bananas/1/2 papaya / 2 ripe persimmons, very soft 1 (Fresh Or Frozen)
Directions

GETTING READY 1) Arrange a blender. MAKING 2) In the blender, place all the ingredients. 3) Bland them well until smooth. 4) Do not cook the applesauce as raw variety is quite beneficial as compared to cooked one. SERVING 4) Serve it as an accompaniment. 5) Recommended to be eaten on empty stomach.
