Ingredients
  Baking apples 3 Pound, peeled, cored and sliced
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In large glass bowl, combine all ingredients.
TO HEAT BY TIME Cover with wax paper.
Set Power Select at HIGH for 7 to 10 minutes; stir once.
TO HEAT BY INSTA-MATIC Cover completely with plastic wrap; heat on COOK 8.
After heating, release plastic wrap.
Apples should be soft.
Let STAND, covered, 7 minutes.
Mash apples until smooth; serve warm or chilled.
