Spiced Apple Sauce
|Sliced peeled cored cooking apples||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In 2-quart microproof casserole, mix apples, water, and lemon juice.
Cook, covered, on HI (max. power) 10 to 12 minutes, or until apples are tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.
Serve warm or cold with pork or as a light dessert.
