Applesauce Cheese Toast
|Applesauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (No Sugar Added)|
|Maple syrup||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Part skim ricotta cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipped cream cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Reduced calorie raisin bread slices||2 , lightly toasted (40 Calories Per Slice)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Ounce|
1. In small mixing bowl combine first 3 ingredients; stir to combine and set aside.
2. In separate small mixing bowl combine cheeses, stirring to combine.
3. Onto each slice of bread spread half of the cheese mixture; top each with half of the applesauce mixture and half of the walnuts. Arrange bread slices on oven tray or baking sheet and bake at 425°F in toaster-oven or oven until applesauce mixture is heated through, 2 to 3 minutes.
