Sausage In Applesauce
|Applesauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place sausage in baking dish; cover tightly.
Steam in oven until hot.
Serve from chafing dish with warm applesauce in compote.
Spear with wooden picks and dip in applesauce.
Note: Bulk sausage may be used.
Make tiny balls from highly seasoned sausage.
