Wild Applesauce

Ingredients
  Wild apples 4 Pound, peeled, cored and quartered
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  Almond extract 3 Drop
Directions

Cook apples with water in large covered kettle until fruit is tender.
Mash with potato masher until cooked apples are pulverized.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
