Applesauce Cheese Ribbons
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||2 Tablespoon|
|Boiling water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curd cream style cottage cheese||12 Ounce, sieved (1 Carton)|
|Softened cream cheese||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve in boiling water.
Blend cheeses and salad dressing; add gelatin and celery; mix well.
Pour into mold over firm applesauce layer.
Pour reserved applesauce mixture over cheese layer.
