|White bread slice||5|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, softened|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Heat oven to 350°.
Spread applesauce in ungreased 9-inch glass pie pan.
Cut bread slices, diagonally in half.
Spread both sides of slices with butter.
Arrange halves on top of applesauce, overlapping edges.
Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over bread in pan.
Bake until slightly crusty, about 20 minutes.
